What types of sessions are offered at CLO Symposium+PLUS?
Keynotes: The highlight of every Symposium are the mainstage keynote presentations. The editors of Chief Learning Officer begin researching and evaluating potential keynote speakers over a year in advance. Past headliners have included such trailblazers as Adam Grant, Michelle Gielan, Gretchen Rubin, Jonah Berger, Gary Vaynerchuk, Joe Gibbs, Bill Rassmussen, Charles Duhigg, Adam Braun, Geoff Colvin, and many more.
FASTalks: This popular conference session features rapid-fire presentations delivered by innovative and influential practicing chief learning officers and talent management executives in 18-minutes or less. Through these new perspectives, attendees are educated on the emerging issues and given great ideas to take back to their own organizations.
Spotlight Workshops: Experienced chief learning officers and talent executives get up close and personal, delving into their own journeys to the top and sharing critical strengths and experiences responsible for their success. Presenters expand on some of the ideal skills deemed necessary for future leaders. Attendees will have their choice of 10 unique stories to hear.
Vendor Case-Study Workshops: Twelve one-hour vendor workshop sessions add rich content and value to the agenda. CLO event partners co-present with their corporate clients to share success stories about implementing a new program and/or solving a business issue for their client's organization.
